Provisioning
The provisioning process will begin with assignment of a project manager.
This process will insure the requirements for a successful implementation are cared for.
- Equipment/Server room
Meets standards for power, lighting, access, space, grounding and temperature. - Facilities
Telco demarcs for copper/ T1/ PRIs/ MLSP/ etc. are with distance requirements. - Training
End user and Administration are scheduled and a adequate location is available. - Programming
An in depth procedure using system planners to indentify users, proper spelling of names for directory purposes, extension numbers or DIDs, call pickup groups, speed dial, hunt groups, trunking, networking, messaging, applications, auto attendants, call flow and IP Addressing. - Integration
Coordination with other vendors for networking, signalling and applications compatibility. - Testing
Using documentated test procedures to insure critical items are accounted for (ex: access to 911). - Customer Satisfaction
Keeping you informed, updated and involved in the process as you see necessary.
