Reseller Relationship

Definitive is an independent reseller. Services are owned and operated by third-party Vendors. Your use is subject to the Vendor’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

Limitation of Liability

Definitive is not liable for service outages, data breaches, or bugs caused by third-party Vendors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for our consulting services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Broward County, FL.
